Most of our packages are fixed-duration, one-time transactions. You can purchase a 30-day, yearly or Lifetime access. Once your access is expired, you will lose access and will need to manually extend your access if more time is needed.
Manual Renewal
While most of our plans are fixed-length and do not have automatic renewal enabled by default, customers can enable it manually in their accounts. If the customer has manually enabled auto-renewal, it’s their responsibility to disable it once the service is no longer needed.
How to extend access
To extend access, go to your Dashboard -> Billing and then click “Extend Access”. From the next popup window, you will be able to choose from the available extension packages.
